TICKET POLICIES

General Ticket Information

 

TICKET SALES

All tickets for events hosted by Laramie County Events can be purchased by phone at 307-633-4670, at the Laramie County Events office, or online at www.laramiecountyevents.com.

 

ACCESSIBLE SEATING                                                       

Please contact the Laramie County Events office for information on accessible seating. Due to limited availability, we cannot guarantee accessible seating will be available for all performances. The resale or transfer of accessible seating is prohibited. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding the misuse of these tickets which may result in the relocation or revocation of tickets without refund.

 

CHILD SEATING POLICY

Children under the age of 2 years old do not require a ticket for Laramie County Events’ hosted events, provided they are able to sit on the lap of the adult accompanying them. Children who have reached their 2nd birthday are required to have a ticket to attend any event hosted by Laramie County Events.

 

GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT

Laramie county and Laramie County Events are committed to providing an enjoyable and safe experience. All Laramie County Events guests are expected to maintain legal, respectful, and appropriate behavior at all times, and all other behavior will not be tolerated at the Archer Events Complex. Any behavior disregarding the code of conduct as determined by facility management can result in ejection, possible arrest, temporary and/or permanent suspension from the Archer Events Complex. Laramie County Events reserves the right to deny entry, relocate, or remove guests engaging in inappropriate behavior, in its sole judgment. Ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way.

 

The following, including but not limited to, behaviors will not be tolerated:

  • Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature.
  • Intoxication or other signs of alcohol/drug impairment resulting in irresponsible behavior.
  • Foul or abusive language or obscene or gang related gestures.
  • Interference with the performance (including throwing objects into the arena or on stage).
  • Failing to follow instructions from Laramie County Events personnel.
  • Smoking or vaping inside the facility or in any place other than a designated smoking area.
  • Verbal and physical harassment of patrons.
  • Fighting or challenging others to fight.
  • Entering the facility without the correct ticket or access credential.
  • Violating any local, state, or federal laws.
  • Guests entering the facility are subject to detector screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection.
  • Any other conduct deemed to be beyond the bounds of reason.

Repeat violations of the above policy will result in the permanent revocation of tickets, regardless of whether or not the spectators or violators using the tickets are the ticket holders of record.

 

Your purchase of ticket(s) and/or your presence at the Archer Events Complex is an implied consent to your agreement to Guest Code of Conduct and all the Venue Policies.

 

Guests agree that the event for which tickets are purchased is a public event, that appearances and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that there is no expectation of privacy regarding your actions or conduct at the vent.

 

Guests grant permission to Laramie County Events and event provider(s) to utilize your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after the event) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Laramie County Events has a strict NO refunds or exchanges policy. All sales are final once the order has been processed.

The schedule of events hosted by Laramie County Events is subject to change.

 

 

 

REPLACEMENT TICKET POLICY

In the event that a ticket has been lost/stolen and needs to be replaced, it must be done in the manner specified below. Please contact 307-633-4670 or come in to the Laramie County Events office, 3801 Archer Parkway, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82009, to report your tickets lost. The following information will be required: customer’s name, date of purchase, credit card used.

Once the original order has been found, replacement tickets will be printed and the original tickets will be voided. The replacement tickets will only be allowed to be picked up on the event day. Replacement tickets will not be mailed. This ensures the safety of your ticket because once tickets have been replaced; no other replacements can be made. Replacement tickets can only be picked up by the person who is listed on the account as the ticket purchaser with a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.

 

In all instances, tickets should be treated like cash. There is no guarantee on replacing tickets. Replacement tickets may be subject to a reprint fee.

 

CANCELLED OR POSTPONED EVENTS

In the event a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution, placed on the Laramie County Events website, and all Laramie County Events social media channels. We will also send an email to ticket purchasers of that event, if we have their contact information.

 

If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase. If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored at the new date. In most cases, refunds will also be available at the original point of purchase within a specified timeline that will be provided through the channels listed above.

 

Tickets purchased with a credit card will be refunded to the original card used to purchase the tickets. Laramie County Events is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized sources.

PLEASE NOTE: In the event of an event cancellation, the paid ticket price and facility fee will be refunded. Order and delivery charges, convenience fees, and other fees associated with online or phone purchases may be retained for services rendered by the provider.
